Welcome to Eagle Peak Press. We are still small and still relatively new. But we are dedicated to creating value and expanding humanism. One way to do that is by offering a clear view of life and the world in which we all live. That means removing the filters of politics, prejudice and illusion. It means seeing things the way they really are—how they got that way and what to expect tomorrow. Check our links to organization sites concerned with Buddhism, the environment, humanism and more. Currently our only published book is Waiting for Westmoreland. In time, other books will be added to our catalog.
Our goal is offering readers an opportunity to make their own contributions in the form of comments, articles and more. Currently we are having some issues with our submission form. In the meantime, send us an email with any article submissions. Look for Eagle Peak Quarterly by clicking on that menu item. Each quarterly will remain active for three months and be available via an archive thereafter. The quarterly will typically feature:
- An interview with an individual making the world a better place, with discussion of how a Buddhist practice informed his or her contributions.
- An essay on a topic near and dear to our hearts--starting with Buddhism and Pragmatism.
- A short story, poetry or a guest essay.
- Art in the form of photos or other images.
- Perhaps short videos.
